Customer Responsibilities

Detailing Results
Las Vegas Express Detailing performs the work included in the approved service using appropriate detailing procedures and products.
Some defects cannot be completely removed through detailing. Permanent staining, deep scratches, material discoloration, oxidation, surface deterioration, embedded contamination, and physical damage may require repair or replacement beyond the scope of detailing.
No specific cosmetic result is guaranteed when vehicle age, material condition, previous damage, or permanent defects limit what detailing can accomplish.
Additional Services
Additional work requested after an appointment begins may affect the total service price and completion time.
Las Vegas Express Detailing will obtain customer approval before performing additional chargeable work that falls outside the agreed service scope.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms communicated when the service is scheduled or completed.
Customers are responsible for charges associated with services they authorize. Any questions regarding the final amount should be raised promptly so the service details and charges can be reviewed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment should contact Las Vegas Express Detailing as soon as possible.
Any cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or appointment-related conditions communicated during the booking process will apply to the scheduled service.
Repeated missed appointments or appointments where reasonable vehicle access is unavailable may affect future scheduling availability.
Workmanship Warranty
Las Vegas Express Detailing offers a warranty of workmanship for services performed by our team. The warranty applies to concerns directly related to the workmanship provided as part of the approved detailing service.
The warranty does not cover pre-existing damage, normal wear, environmental exposure, new contamination, misuse, vehicle defects, or conditions unrelated to the work performed.
